I am a 23 year old male and a holder of a Diploma in ICT with skills in remote connection,operating systems,data communication & networking, management information systems,structured programming-C# and pascal languages), object oriented programming-C++, visual programming-visual basic6.0 and internet programming-HTML,CSS, JAVASCRIPT.

I am an ambitious young kenyan with  excellent interpersonal skill, high level of punctuality, attentive to detail, a critical thinker and a good team player.

My biggest motivation is to provide quslity services and receive positive feedback from the clients upon delivery of high quality services provided by the ICT team. 

I have previously been attached to Muki Sacco Society Muki Sacco, a micro finance bank. 
Tasks assigned:
            -Bank reconciliations. 
            -Filing and Archiving. 
            - Remote installation of applications using Vnc app such as Kaspersky antivirus application on user computers, Kaspersky antivirus server daily scans ,updates, printers drivers installations and updating. 
            - Creation of domain to Microsoft Dynamic Navision System.
            -Application testing and connection such as Vnc server and Vnc viewer application for remote access and administration. 
            - Network termination-Fixing Rj45 and Rj12 to internet cables.
            - Troubleshooting and diagnosis of computational devices.
            -Network configuration.
            -Routers and switches connection.
             -Remote end user support
             -computational devices diagnosis and minor repairs
