• Monitored and managed a variety of networks including GPON, SDH, Core/IP-MPLS, CESR, 4G RAN/core, and power systems.
• Used ECI STMS and Solarwinds Orion NMS to monitor transmission and offer support to field teams on network faults and link status.

My duties and responsibilities included:
1.Servicing and maintaining BTS equipment at the warehouse, including antennas, cabinets, and generators. This involved ensuring that the equipment was in good working condition and performing regular checks and maintenance tasks.
2.Installation of smart home automation systems, which included setting up lighting automation, smoke, gas, and water leakage sensors, indoor wireless cameras, and security keypads. I was responsible for ensuring that all installations were done to the highest quality standards and that customers were satisfied with the results.
During my time at Adrian Kenya, I was able to gain valuable skills, including technical skills in servicing and maintaining equipment, as well as practical skills in setting up and installing smart home automation systems. I also learned the importance of attention to detail and customer satisfaction in delivering quality services.
