Am a field service engineer based in the IT field. I have more than two years of experience both in the IT and telecommunication fields. I have undertaken several roles in the IT field including IT support and troubleshooting, design of IT infrastructure, and implementation. Apart from computer networking I also have skills in audio-visual (meeting rooms and conference hall solutions), digital signage, IPTV, and telephony. In my working experience as a field engineer, I have handled various projects including, Glee Hotel whose construction is still ongoing. I am currently an IT project lead at the Glee Hotel construction site working under Talinda East Africa. Apart from contributing significantly to the design of the hotel network, I am the site IT project head leading in the implementation of the data, voice, audiovisual, IPTV, and digital signage networks. Having the chance to take part in the design and implementation of the hotel networking puts me in a better position to confidently conclude that I am well conversant with the network infrastructure and I can be able to run it seamlessly and perform any form of troubleshooting if necessary. I am looking forward to successfully complete this project and handover to the clients with all client's expectations having been accomplished. Exeness company offices network is yet another project that I have successfully accomplished as an IT project lead. Here I managed and took part in the implementation of all the office network including data, telephone, CCTV, and access control networks. I worked on the project from start till completion and handed it over to the client having successfully met the client's expectations. Having this accomplished project I gained a great deal of experience that helped me achieve a great deal of experience in the IT and security field.

Furthermore, I possess skills in Network security with, Fortinet certification in Network security network expert (NSE) 1, 2 and 3. Ruckus certified network associate(RCWA) Ruckus SmartZone 144 and IT equipment installation.
