Granis Nyangweso

I graduated my Bachelor's Degree with a Second Class Honours (upper division) in Communication and Media Technology from Maseno University.

Was attached at the Kenya Broadcasting Cooperation (KBC) , Television section where I acquired skills in editing both video and sound, research, interviewing and presenting and I excelled in all.

Acquired mentorship by the International Association of Women on Radio and Television (IAWRT) for female journalist which was sponsored by the US embassy

I participated in documentary projects capturing issues relating to environment and climate change and reproductive health.I played Assistant director , camera operator, sound and video editor roles in both.

I have skills in writing where I act as a contributor to the TVET Star Newspaper and also write opinion pieces for national publication like The Standard and The Daily Nation.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Technology, gained relevant education on organizational communication, media relations, public relations as well as communication psychology and group dynamics.
