Started my internship at the Dagoretti Sub County Offices where I worked as an IT Support staff and also assisted in office administration, under the supervision of the Senior Assistant County Commissioner (Acc). 

I was assigned to handle the National Health Hygiene (Kazi Mtaani Programme) Phase III database where I:

• Keyed in the attendance registers for payment purposes.
• Drafted letters in accordance to the progress of the programme i.e. those cohorts (workers) whose contracts were terminated and the overall benefit of the programme to the community.
• Listened to complains from the Kazi Mtaani supervisors and forwarded them to relevant bodies.
• Ensured that office equipment was well maintained and reported faulty machines to my superior.
