My responsibilities included:

 

  • Received samples and conducted test IAW ASTM test methods. 
  • Conducted site inspections to ensure equipment was in required state to meet quality objectives as per the requirements of the facility checklist daily/weekly/monthly checks 
  • Applied principles of OSHA & EPRA regulations for possible violations of environmental control regulations. In addition to performing preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment ensuring compliance.
  • Conducted refueling of aircraft in accordance with Safety, Fire, EPA, Army, IATA and SOP Standards.
  • Directed helicopters to points using proper hand signals in addition, hot refueled helicopters ensuring to follow all safety procedures.
  • Monitored and maintained amount of fuel in bladders of FARP fuel storage. Ensured usage calculations, service times and amount for bladder fillings were maintained and forms completed. 
  • Coordinated with COR, about scheduling, coordinating, and performing maintenance, providing supplies, and all aspects of fuel support.
