Why kalonzo the next big thing after Raila?

In my view,kalonzo is being accepted in Raila's strongholds like Nyanza,and western regions particularly where raila has enjoyed massive  support. 

However,Kalonzo can be easily accepted  by kikuyu nation compared to raila which means if he is going to  play his cards well mt kenya region might swing on his favour 

Another reason,Kalonzo has stood with Baba twice compared to mudavadi this might favor him in the next political  succession
