  • Proteins are very helpful nutrients in the human body.Their main roles are repairing tissues,boosting immune and providing energy to the body.Examples are beans meat and fish.

  • Carbohydrates are also very important nutrients in human body.Their main role is providing energy to the body.example are wheat,millet and sorghum.

                       

          (c)MINERALS

  • Minerals are also helpful in human body.Their main role is bone health.Sources of minerals are from nuts,leafygreen and vegetables.

  • Iron is another helpful nutrient in the human system.it plays an important role in oxygen transportation.sources include leafy green etc.

  • Vitamins also playpart in maintaining a balanced diet .vitamins prevent the body from attack by disease.sources include fruits and vegetables.

3.KETO DIET FOR BEGINNERS.

  • Choosing healthy fats.one should avoid excess fats which causes harm to the human body.
  • One should limit high carb foods examples of grains.
  • One should practice moderate protein intake examples of meat fish.
  • One should stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water to prevent the body from constipation. 
  • One should plan his /her meals well.This could be either daily or weekly.

  • OVACACADO AND BACON EGG CUPS

 

                                              INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

                                              INSTRUCTION

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees celcius.
  • Cut the avocados into half and remove the pit.
  • Place each avocado half in a baking dish to prevent them from tipping over.
  • Crack an egg into each avocado half.
  • Wrap a slice of bakon around each avocado,securing the egg in place.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until eggs are cooked to your liking.

  • Diabetes is another risk of unhealthy diet.The body accumulates the 2 types of diabetes if not well checked.
  • Cancer is also another fatal disease which is brought by unhealthy diet.There are many types of cancers including blood cancer and many others.
  • Unhealthy diet can also lead to dental issues.This is mainly brought by many accumulation of sugary foods laeding to dental carries and gingivitis
  • Unhealthy diet can also lead to mental issues.
  • Unhealthy diet also leads to weakened immune system.

 

6.MEAL PREPPING FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

  • Planning meals.
  • Choosing balanced ingredients while cooking everytime.
  • Practicing bath cooking example of mixing proteins grains and vitamins in your meals.
  • Prep fresh vegetables.One also needs to wash them thoroughly to prevent diseases .
  • One should include snacks but not regulary while planning his/her meal.

  • Hydrations helps in the kidney functioning. It reduces the risk of suffering from diabetes  or suffering from kidney stones.

  • Hydration also plays an important role in transportation of oxygen this is as a result of blood being a component of water.

  • Iodine sourced from iodized salt
  • Potassium sourced from fruits eg bananas and oranges
