- OVACACADO AND BACON EGG CUPS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 avocados
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTION
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees celcius.
- Cut the avocados into half and remove the pit.
- Place each avocado half in a baking dish to prevent them from tipping over.
- Crack an egg into each avocado half.
- Wrap a slice of bakon around each avocado,securing the egg in place.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until eggs are cooked to your liking.
