MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS
Millions of people globally have mental health issues, especially among the age group of 15s to 29s.Don't get me wrong mental health issues can affect literally anyone ,be it a 50year old or a10 year old it really doesn't discriminate but the Gen Z are mostly affected cause the have this constant pressure to figure out their lives, to become what they are expected to be. society has created this notion that a 21 year old is suppose to know what they want in life and what career paths to take when they have just entered their adulthood era, they basically are still grown up kids. statistically speaking suicide is the fourth leading cause of death among Gen Z…………..
