Corporate Change Management.
It's very important for the organization to grow each and every time and it's boring to do something year in year out thus there is need for change in each and every organization.
Bellow are three important issues that an organization should consider for the success of the change and minimize the rate of change resistance.
- Involving the team members, it's very difficult for someone to resist what he/she has been part of
- Explain the importance and the reasons of the change to everyone in the organization thus for them to see the benefits of the change.
- Allow the team members to ask any questions for clarification throughout the period you will be implementing the change and do evaluation and monitor the change as it's being implemented.
