    Description

    Summit Recruitment & Search was established in 2009 to address the recruitment, mass recruitment, executive search, outsourcing and training needs of companies based in Kenya or wanting to enter the Kenyan, East African, South African and African market.

    We have a leading proven track record in our field in South Africa, Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Rwanda, Nigeria, Zambia, Ghana and many other African countries.

    We are able to advise on market trends, training requirements, prevailing salaries and offer a complete HR Solution where necessary.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement strategies for effective virtual energy management.
    Lead a team of data analysts to extract, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions.
    Oversee the development and maintenance of data models and algorithms.
    Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected for analysis.
    Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.


    Qualifications:
    Must have a Relevant bachelors' degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    Must have 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector.

    Must have strong expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, and proficiency in Python or other programming languages.

    Solid understanding of energy management principles and technologies.
    Experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts.
    Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
