Where we share stories and devise action plans on how to improve on a weekly basis.

May 2019 - August 2019 Posta Kenya :I was privileged to work at the Strategic Department which is under the Strategy Division which performs the following roles: 

1) Collection of ideas and innovations across the company or beyond and implementation of those ideas. 2) Preparation of challenges for the Strategy meetings 

3) Updating the statistics of the company 2.1.1 SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN During my time at Posta Kenya there were various activities that I undertook aside from the normal roles of the department. During my first week I was able to learn how to use SPSS and how to be able to do calculations using Microsoft Access. This has enabled me to do calculations and facilitated easier working. This has made it easier for me to finish the work given and also help new interns to learn the system. I also have been able to review the Strategic plan and give my ideas together with corrections for the company’s future. During the last weeks we were able to calculate the financial budget for each department in relation to the country’s budget. This has given me extra statistical skills that will boost my employment opportunities.
