  • Executive Support: As a high-profile executive assistant, I professionally support senior leadership and teams by managing extremely active calendars of appointments ensuring that the Executive is on track; prioritizing meeting requests and handling conflicts or scheduling changes proactively.
  • Diary management: Coordination and exceptional assistance of managing extremely active calendars of day-to-day operations and activitiesf or Executives and teams.
  • Drafting and handling routine correspondence; Internal communication, Visa letters, team announcements. 

Meetings and Event Management: Scheduling, planning, organizing and coordinating of activities in order for the executive management and the teams to achieve desired goals and results. Scheduling of meetings both internal, external / off site/ team buildings and virtual meetings either physical or virtual meetings via Teleconferences, videoconference, Teams, Zoom etc

  • Providing administrative and team support  by professionally planning , organizing and coordinating consultative internal or external meetings,  official and field visits, proposing topics  and creatingagendas, identifying  targeted participants / audience and sending invites ,  preparing background documents ( Word, Excel), presentations ( PowerPoint) , booking and  preparing meeting rooms.
  • Assistance on daily programmes, projects, routines, and additionally providing updates, briefings, reports and following up on action points with various team members to ensure timelines and objectives are met.
  • Travel management on trips for individuals and teams:  ranging from travel requests, ticket and hotel reservations and expense reporting. 

Budget management: Managing, tracking and controlling OPEX budgets using an ERP system: These include: Following procurement processes, expense reporting, extracting various reports and closely monitoring budgets
