I have over 10 years of experience in various roles, including assistant manager production, social media manager, videographer, photographer, documentaries and voice overs. I have worked in various industries, including banking, NGO, media and telecommunications, which has given me a broad perspective and knowledge of different business operations. I have also worked in different countries, and remotely which has allowed me to develop a strong cross-cultural competence and adaptability.

In my most recent role as a Assistant Manager Production at Equity Group, I was responsible for managing a team of 10 employees and overseeing multiple projects from conception to completion. I developed project shoot plans, monitored progress, identified and mitigated risks, and ensured timely delivery of audio visual materials for TV and the internet. I also collaborated with stakeholders to ensure projects aligned with business objectives and delivered value to clients.
