About Job Ochieng:
I am a Registered Clinical Officer (RCO) and a trained Health systems manager with a BSc in Health Systems Management (HSM). I have 9 years of experience in successfully designing, implementing, and overseeing monitoring and evaluation tasks in TB, HIV care, and treatment programs in a supervision & coordination role.
These years of experience have been gained while working with local Kenyan NGOs that are donor funded.
Besides these, I am also trained in child protection, and safeguarding policies, SGBV response, and management, and a GBV paralegal officer. Currently with Context Solutions as a founder and lead technical persons we focus on ASAL areas with a good understanding of issues and opportunities in them to achieve resilience in Galla goat rearing as we provide consultancy on breeding and ready, market to the pastoralists through the formation of a national network of key goat stakeholders and farmers in need of this hardy goat breed either for meat or breeding.
I am culturally competent and highly adept at handling various responsibilities through prioritization to have timely and effective interventions during case management of my patient and other response-related activities
My goal is to improve the Quality of care and strengthen systems through coordination and networking with other staff and actors in a challenging work environment that fully utilizes my management & clinical skills.
