    ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

    It is a hands-on job from day one – with world-class training, international scope, and the chance to reach your potential.

    You will progress from graduate to junior manager within 18 months in Operations with the opportunity to become an outstanding leader in a world-class organization.


    You will have the opportunity to challenge yourself on international projects, working with above-market and cross-functional teams, under the supervision of your dedicated Coach & Mentor.

    It's fast-paced. It's exciting. It will push your own limits. The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of BAT Operations

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Agriculture, Sciences, or similar
    Recently graduated and between 1 and 3 years of professional experience
    Passion for Operations and a general knowledge of its core functions
    Experience and technical abilities in agriculture and / or horticulture and knowledge of agricultural practices
    Analytical and decision-making skills
    Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    Strong stakeholder management competencies
    Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed
    National and/or international mobility
    Proficiency in English (both written & spoken)
