    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements:Christian commitment and practiceMaster's degree in Counseling Psychology or related discipline from an accredited UniversityAt least three (3) years' experience in counseling in a similar or equivalent organizationMembership in relevant professional bodies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Carrying out individual and group counseling services for improved student psychological healthIdentifying and training peer counselors for role modelingCounseling students on matters related to the code of conduct for behavior changeMaking referrals for further counseling and/or appropriate actionOrganizing counseling and leadership seminars for knowledge and capacity buildingDebriefing team leaderImplementing best practices in psychology and counselingPlanning, Coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of the section strategy, including policies, processes, and procedures to achieve the institution's objectivesResponsible for talent management in the department including coaching, mentoring, developing, motivating, training, and evaluating staff to achieve the highest levels of performanceImplementing change initiatives to achieve desired business plans and culture.Ensuring consistent and appropriate Christian behavior both internal and external in line with the institution's Strategy.
