This where am currently working in. The company provides security to the properties and

business audit (Loss Control Officers). It normally deals with supermarkets, production

companies , distribution companies and manufacturing company. My role are as follows:

 Ensuring no losses occurred in supermarkets such as shoplifting, thefts by staff and

suppliers.

 Ensuring cashier procedures are followed

 Ensuring no till snatching

 Ensuring line attendance are always in their respective lines

 Ensuring the good received from different suppliers are as per the LPOs and invoice

 Ensuring good with short expiries be monitored

 Ensuring no damaged goods received

 Controlling CCTV room and monitoring

 Ensuring percel counter is safe .

 Ensuring well price display is accordingly and my other things

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring that all the projects are undertaken in due time as well as handling all

issues and problems faced by clients timely and execution of solutions activities, ie

repair.

2. Preparing and dispatching all devices needed for maintenances service and ensuring

that the gaps are closed to avoid delays in execution of the projects by different

hospitals.

3. Ensuring timely feedback to all the customers who reach out through both the

company’s mailbox and the office line in regards to new proposals, on-going

projects and issues related to all sold machines

4. Writing and sending mails to the clients on service due, contract signing and

communicate to the office through technical in charge.

5. Implementing agreed reporting schedule for maintenance , both for the Nairobi

enterprises limited and clients

6. Raising and taking all the internal processes through needed approvals to ensure

timely and accurate execution of service.

7. Working in NAIROBI ENTERPRISES LIMITED I was able to set up number of

projects and completes as follows;

1. St. FRANCIS COMMUNITY HOSPITAL KASARANI

I was able to set up theatre with complete piping for three medical gases and fully

installation of pendant suspension

TENRI GROUP OF HOSPITAL

I was able to install currently working OXYGEN GENERATOR PLANT supplying

forty bed and functional ICU…At this point was able to interact a lot with ATLAS

COPCO compressor did major service and minor service for one year. I understand

how the compressors works a lot.

3. COAST PROVINCIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL -MOMBASA

I was able to set up two branches as a fully function level three hospital

VIKWATANI and CHAANI respectively.

4. KENSOM NURSING HOME HOSPITAL-MANDERA

Set up maternity, ultrasound, X-ray and general wards at Laffey Market

5. And Top Hill Eldoret. Nairobi Hospital, Nairobi Women Hospital, Jaramogi

Oginga Odinga Hospital Kisumu, Bondo Medical etc.
