    Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Repair Technician to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in repairing various grades of mobile phones and s, ranging from Grade A (highest quality) to Grade D (lowest quality).

    As technology continues to evolve, we need a technician who stays up-to-date with the latest trends and possesses the expertise to diagnose and fix a wide range of hardware and software issues efficiently.


    Responsibilities:
    Diagnose and

    Repair Mobile Phones:
    Utilize your expertise to identify and troubleshoot issues with mobile phones, including hardware and software problems.

    Perform Hardware Repairs:

    Conduct repairs on mobile phones such as replacing screens, batteries, charging ports, buttons, cameras, and other components as needed.


    Software Troubleshooting and Solutions:
    Diagnose and resolve software-related issues, including operating system errors, software glitches, and malware infections.

    Grade-Specific Expertise:

    Demonstrate proficiency in repairing different grades of mobile phones from Grade A (high-end devices) to Grade D (budget or older devices).


    Customer Service:

    Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repair procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.


    Quality Control:
    Conduct thorough quality checks on repaired devices to ensure they meet industry standards and perform optimally.

    Industry Trends:

    Keep abreast of the latest developments in mobile phones, repair techniques, and industry best practices to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.


    Adhere to Safety Protocols:

    Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, as well as the safe handling of electronic devices and hazardous materials.


    Documentation:

    Accurately document repair procedures, parts used, and customer information in our database or CRM system for record-keeping and future reference.


    Requirements:

    Experience:

    Proven experience as a mobile phone repair technician, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing a variety of devices.


    Technical Expertise:

    Comprehensive knowledge of mobile phone hardware components, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing software issues across different operating systems (e.g., iOS, Android, Windows, macOS).


    Grade-Specific Proficiency:

    Ability to work with devices of varying grades, including Grade A (high-end flagship models) to Grade D (budget or older models), and familiarity with the specific challenges and repair techniques associated with each grade.


    Certifications:

    Preferred certifications in mobile phone repair, such as CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), or equivalent qualifications demonstrating technical proficiency.


    Problem-Solving Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues accurately and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

    Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts in layman's terms, and provide clear instructions and updates throughout the repair process.


    Attention to Detail:
    Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality repairs and thorough documentation of repair procedures and customer information.

    Team Player:

    Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional service to customers.


    Adaptability:

    Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology trends, new repair techniques, and changing customer needs in the dynamic field of mobile phone repair.


    Physical Stamina:
    Capable of handling the demands of a busy repair workshop.
