- Monitor inclusive development at partnership level
- Conduct case-based analysis of inclusive agribusiness
- Provide research inputs for replicating and accelerating inclusive agribusiness
- Master's degree in business management, economics, measurement, evaluation, or related field
- 10-12 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and/or action research
- Strong leadership skills in MEAL management
- Proficiency in Theory of Change development
- Track record in developing plans and reports for donors
- Experience in impact evaluation and research
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills, French proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience with DGIS is advantageous

Position Summary:
The MEAL Manager oversees the entire MEAL component of the program, from developing the framework to conducting impact evaluations. This role involves designing and implementing action research activities and collaborating with the senior Program Management Team.

The MEAL Manager reports to the Program Director, with technical oversight from the Deputy Program Manager, and supervises the deputy MEAL Manager.

The 2SCALE program aims to foster inclusive agribusiness development in African countries through public-private partnerships. It focuses on incubating and accelerating inclusive business models and driving sector transformation.
