    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    CarePay Limited is an independent company that administers healthcare payments between funders, patients and healthcare providers. It directs finances from both public and private funders to healthcare providers for delivery of quality services to their eligible target group.

    JOB SUMMARY

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & WORKING EXPERIENCE:University degree in relevant field(s), e.g. Private Law, Information Law, Cyber Security, and/or Computer Science.Legal courses in contracting, IT/IP (tech), compliance, data protection and privacy, and/or health insurance.6-8 years relevant working experience, with at least 3 years on each of legal and data.Experience at atop tier international advisory firm and as an in-house counsel.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Contract management(storage, organization and maintenance of contracts in our digital tool)Assisting us keep our data processing register and meet other privacy law requirementsResearch to get to the bottom of all sorts of 'legal' questions coming up in relation to any part of the business (HR, IP, contracting, regulatory, etc.)Improving and creating template contracts (for our customers and employees)Protection of Intellectual Property (trademarks)Policies and other documents for data privacy and other regulatory complianceCorporate governance(board and shareholder resolutions)

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Legal counseling, Contract drafting and preparation, Legal analysis
