About Sandra Korir:

I am a 29-year-old advocate of the High Court of Kenya.  I attained a degree with Honours in Bachelor of Laws, Second Class Division from Moi University. I am also a candidate of Masters of Laws candidate.
I undertook my Judicial Attachment at the Iten Law Courts in July 2014 where I learnt the processes in courts during both criminal and civil proceedings by attending court sessions and working at the court registries.
I did my pupillage in 2018 at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Milimani for a period of six months. I also interned at Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority for six months in 2018-2019 where I gained vast knowledge and experience on Probate matters and general office functions at the legal department. I joined Arusei & Company Advocates from October 2019 for holding over until I graduated as an Associate Advocate in July 2020 to date where I have majored in Criminal and Civil Litigation matters among other areas such as Probate and Administration, Land matters, Pro-bono and General Practice.
I am very keen to work at your esteemed institution. I hope to improve and further my skills and gain hands on experience in all aspects of criminal matters, management, drafting legal documents, handling different clients in different cases, learning the general day-to-day running of activities. To also have the opportunity to network with members of the profession with the aim of achieving my goals and ambitions as a member of the bar and a legal officer.
Attached is my CV for your kind perusal. I will be grateful if I will get an opportunity to work at your institution. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Korir Sandra Jerono
