About Ayub Ouma Okayo:
My career goals, interests and focus rests on Corporate Commercial and Financial legal practice with a concentration in International Commercial Corporations and Financial Institution Governance, Compliance and Regulation. My strengths in the said areas has been molded through a wide legal knowledge during LLB at undergraduate level and two (2) LLM degrees, one in International Corporate Governance & Financial Regulations from the University of Warwick in the UK and another in International Commercial Law from Griffith College Dublin in Ireland.
Most relevant modules excelled included; Corporate and White Collar Crimes, Company Law, International Financial Regulations, International Corporate Financing Law, Property Law, IP, Privacy and Data Protection Law, Corporate Governance and International Commercial Law & Arbitration. I have been awarded eight (7) academic merits awards from Africa Nazarene University and successfully participated in about 14 moot court competitions both nationally and internationally winning several awards including character and leadership student of the graduating class of 2019. On a personal level I possess excellent communication skills and have no problem maintaining professional relationships with work colleagues, a good team player but capable of working individually
