I have experience on :preparing bill of quantity, taking off, preparing material schedule, preparing interim certificate, valuation and variation of work, tendering, site supervision and payment of employees which also engaged in record keeping for every site thus knowing exact cost of project, estimation and costing for a project.
Education
Billing, taking off from measurements, estimation and costing , from economics I understand that due to some country issues it affect materials cost thus high late of construction,
