  • Prepare documents for obtaining tenders and arranging a contract.
  • Reviewed and interrogated areas of concern and formulated improvement plans to reduce costs.
  • Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Track actual costs against initial bids as a comparison point throughout each project.
  • Compile, organize and analyze cost data before and after the project work.
  • Determine the likely cost of each facet of the work and help manage and resolve issues.
  • Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products 
  • Exercise financial control during the construction so that the budget is not exceeded without authority
