I'm a proactive Customer Service Representative with 6 years of experience handling various functions of Customer service, from dealing with dissatisfied customers to answering phone calls. I have what it takes to fill the requirements of this job - solve customer problems using my excellent customer service skills. I am very fluent in both English and Swahili, I am empathetic and with my positive positioning skills, I am very good with interacting with both happy and irate customers.

Approximate rate: KSh 500 per hour

February 2022- September 2022 - Customer representative at CCI Kenya where I handled inbound calls from international customers working under a company called Metro by T-Mobile.

September 2017 - December 2022  Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Innovation technology management at JKUAT.

January 2013 - December 2016 - High School Education at Kaaga Girls Highschool where I scored a B- (KCSE)

December 2012 - Completed my primary school education at  P.C.E.A Girls Nanyuki where I score 384 marks in my KCPE
