bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Management from Kisii University, I have worked a Senior Field Officer
and a team leader in Musoni Microfinance, where I led the Branch into high level performance standards through
provision of best client services, staff training and coaching, stimulating growth through monitoring and
recruitment of new clients to take up loans and developing new strategies for customer retention activities, loan
approvals, respond to customer queries and addressing them in timely manner.
