Experience

With two year I have gained experience and skills in Credit 
Section like I have over two year experience at Agricultural 
Finance Corporation in Loan making, Calculating financial 
ratios (e.g. credit scores, 5C’s and interest rates), preparing 
weekly and monthly reports, Monitoring of loan progression 
and Arrears Management as per credit policy. Conduct client 
follow-ups for loan renewals, manage a quality portfolio. 
Review loan requests, Assessing clients’ financial status, 
Evaluating creditworthiness and risks analysis, setting up 
payment plans, Maintain updated records of loan 
applications, Monitor progress of existing loans, presenting
to the Credit Committee meetings further review & 
recommendations and regular calls and visits to customers 
to ensure effective relationship management.
Collection Section-Conduct proper follow-ups on all arrears, 
ensuring that delinquency is below the organization 
standard, Ensuring debts are recovered on time,regural 
phone calls to clients to remind them the payment date to 
prevent the loan falling into arrears, sending arrears notice, 
demand notice and statutory notices, recovery field visits, 
restructuring the loan, debiting clients for field visits and 
mileage costs and recommending for CRB listing.
Business Growth, Area sales representative
through sales and marketing and contacting of potential 
customers both new and existing clients. presenting our 
products and services to potential clients, identifying specific 
consumer characteristics and recommending ways to 
promote and sell our products, Answer customer questions 
about features, pricing and additional services and 
Collaborate with sales representatives from different 
territories to share best practices and support a cohesive 
sales approach.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AT AGRICULTURAL FINANCE

Credit section- in Loan making, Calculating financial ratios

and promoting the bank's products and services.

resolved customer complaints by identifying problems and 
taking appropriate corrective action and demonstrated 
professional etiquette and manners when interfacing with 
customers.
Administration like filling of documents, maintaining 
accounts records, preparing reports, handling of customers 
and interview prospect clients.

I come up with marketing strategies that improves our 
portfolio by 20%.
Arrears reduction from 8 million to 1.2 million.
Increased our customers’ base by 25% through customers’
induction strategies and marketing our products.

I have over three year in both auto spare sales and 
mechanics, being an influential auto spare sales team leader
at Nyeri town at Nyeri auto spares and mechanics. I was 
responsible for:-
 As a Sales executive and sales team leader was 
responsible for finding and supplying spare parts for 
automobiles, mechanical equipment, electronics and 
other consumer products for the safe and profitable 
operation of the dealership or retail store and 
customers.
 Calling customers to advise them about service 
changes or car pick-up times. Maintaining positive 
customer relationships to ensure repeat business. 
Organizing sales visits to new and existing customers. 
Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs 
are related to customers and processing their 
payments.
 Managing the stock/inventory, ensuring smoothing 
running of the business.
