Experience
With two year I have gained experience and skills in Credit
Section like I have over two year experience at Agricultural
Finance Corporation in Loan making, Calculating financial
ratios (e.g. credit scores, 5C’s and interest rates), preparing
weekly and monthly reports, Monitoring of loan progression
and Arrears Management as per credit policy. Conduct client
follow-ups for loan renewals, manage a quality portfolio.
Review loan requests, Assessing clients’ financial status,
Evaluating creditworthiness and risks analysis, setting up
payment plans, Maintain updated records of loan
applications, Monitor progress of existing loans, presenting
to the Credit Committee meetings further review &
recommendations and regular calls and visits to customers
to ensure effective relationship management.
Collection Section-Conduct proper follow-ups on all arrears,
ensuring that delinquency is below the organization
standard, Ensuring debts are recovered on time,regural
phone calls to clients to remind them the payment date to
prevent the loan falling into arrears, sending arrears notice,
demand notice and statutory notices, recovery field visits,
restructuring the loan, debiting clients for field visits and
mileage costs and recommending for CRB listing.
Business Growth, Area sales representative
through sales and marketing and contacting of potential
customers both new and existing clients. presenting our
products and services to potential clients, identifying specific
consumer characteristics and recommending ways to
promote and sell our products, Answer customer questions
about features, pricing and additional services and
