About Rhodah Ndoti:

My name is Rhodah Ndoti , A certified Human Resources Specialist with over Six 6 Years of working experience across various industries such as Technology, Telecommunications, Energy, Supply Chain, FMCG and Insurance.

I am an ambitious and passionate HR Generalist with the intention to create a working environment that promotes High Performance through various HR Functions such as Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Onboarding and Management, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Wellness, HR Service Delivery and Advisory and HR Compliance.

Regarding my Academics

I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, I have a Certification in HR and currently finalizing a course in Monitoring and Evaluation with University of Washington. I am curious and life long learner with certificate in People Analytics and HR & Digital Transformation.

I have held several positions at Adrian Group of Companies where I am currently working. In my current position I support Adrian Kenya, Adrian Ethiopia and other subsidiaries in all matters HR. interpretation, Implementation and Advisory of the Labour Laws, I am the Custodian of the Group Payroll where I process payments & Benefits by use of the Integrated HR Payroll for all Companies. I have a wealth of experience in the Employee full life cycle starting from Talent Sourcing, Onboarding, Talent development to Talent Offboarding ensuring that best practices and compliance with the law is achieved. 

Some of my achievements in my career has been Digitization of some HR process that have enabled Adrian and its sister companies to deliver value to the employees such consolidated Payroll, Employee Self Service portal that covers our employees all over the country and regions.I have introduced various Learning & Development Tools being able to improve Employee Onboarding etc

I have developed skills in Leadership and people management ,Conflict resolution sand Problem Solving.I posses great customer management skills as a result of working with internal customers staff . I have good communication skills and am able to collaborate with other people.

  • Act as a strategic advisor and business coach for the HODs to create awareness, bring understanding and guide on the most effective management of complex and sensitive issues that have an impact on people.
