I am a professional with skills and knowledge in corporate growth and efficient organizational strategy implementation as well as incorporation of ever evolving technological capacities into the organizations daily functions. I inspire to work in a reputable, challenging but flexible organization which supports me in attaining self-actualization by providing an environment to use my skills to contribute towards the achievement of the organization’s objectives. January 2023 to date: Appointed as Income Generating Activities Officer at Laisamis Technical Training Institute 

Key Roles and responsibilities: 

 Conducting research to Identify income generation opportunities for the Institution

  Coordinating the establishment of IGUs at the Institution  

 Facilitating and coordinating operations of all income generating units 

 Providing and reviewing activities as need arises, 

 Providing the IGU strategies 

 Facilitating and mobilizing financial and other resources for the IGUs

  Review and approve budgetary support to the institution’s IGUs 

 Organize and coordinate capacity building programmes for institution’s IGUs 

 Develop and recommend ways of enhancing IGU’s performance to ensure profitability 

 Monitor the expenditure of the IGU and recommend prudential measures 

 Coordinate the marketing and commercialization of IGU products and activities

● Assuring cleaning detergents are available. 

● Ensure safety of the stores, information and files in the registry. 

● Updating and maintaining up-to-date file movement records for both library and stores. 

● Instruct students and trainers in selecting and using research materials and technology. 

● Receive, Sort out, file and dispatch correspondences and documents. 

● Maintaining an efficient filling system.

 ● Writing monthly departmental report and presenting it to the management. 

● Provide introduction to the library and the technology within. 

● Assuring that students and trainers have access to library materials for classes, assignments and recreational reading.

● Process, print media and materials for circulation.

August 2019: Census Enumerator 

Key Responsibilities: 

o Making sure that every member of the Family is counted as long as they spent the census night there. 

o Ensure the good conduct in the field and interact with the community with high level of integrity and understanding. 

o Ensuring that the collected data is correct and send it to server. 

o Ensure safe custody of the census documents and hand over of all census materials and equipment to the Supervisor after the computation of census. 

o Ensuring that the message is left behind for those households who are not around by the time of census. 

July- August 2019: Data entry and Data management at World vision – Laisamis 

Key responsibilities: 

o Assist the management to enter the already collected data into the system and ensure that no data is omitted. 

o Completion of scheduled activities each day in a timely manner. 

May 2019: Rapporteur at World vision - Laisamis 

Key Responsibilities: 

o Ensure data integrity is maintained at all times and minimize errors during collection and presentation of data. 

o Completion of scheduled activities each day in a timely manner. 

o Interact with community members with the highest level of integrity and understanding.

April 2019 to date: Volunteered at Kenya Red Cross Societies 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Responsibility to behave in accordance with the Kenya Red Cross Society code of conduct.

  Must conduct themselves with integrity and honesty and to display a committed and positive attitude while performing their assigned tasks.
