About Ramadhan Komora:
Ramadhan Komora is currently the events and community manager at Sankore 2.0. .Together with the marketing and communication department team he is in charge of end-to-end curation of community events and challenges both digital and in real life, develop and implement community engagement and growth strategies and support with development and management of corporate clients. He has vast experience in partnerships and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve set out goals. He is keen to deliver quality overall program performance, and takes part in tracking progress toward specific objectives, indicators, and milestones. This position places a high value on finding innovative solutions and building creative.

As the Events and community manager, I am responsible for;
Project Planning: Collaborating with event stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Developing project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation strategies.
Project Coordination: Coordinating project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and monitoring progress against project milestones. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Budget Management: Assisting in the development and management of project budgets. Monitoring project expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and making recommendations for budget adjustments when necessary.
Reporting and Documentation: Compiling project reports, documenting project progress, and providing regular updates to project stakeholders. Collecting and analysing project data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Engaging with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and external partners. Building and maintaining positive relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and requirements. Conducting regular quality checks, reviewing project documentation, and facilitating the resolution of any quality issues.
Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Assessing the impact of changes, communicating them to relevant stakeholders, and implementing appropriate change control processes.
Team Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to ensure the successful completion of project activities.
Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement: Facilitating project post-mortems and conducting lessons learned sessions to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Incorporating lessons learned into future project planning and execution.
Develop and implement community engagement and growth strategies,
