Am a finance expert with exceptional experience, most of which has been in management. I excel in leading finance management functions, financial planning, developing and recommending business policies and strategies. Moreover, my expansive experience involves engaging my skills in different sectors that have seen me efficiently run the finance, administration, procurement and human resource departments in various institutions. Most importantly, I have been able to successfully lead, train and organize personnel in different capacities. I also utilize keen analysis, insights, and a team approach to drive organizational improvements, implementation of best practices and high performance. In addition, I have a track record of delivering valuable results in revenue, profitability, and relationship management. Being a great communicator and leader, my focus is to work with a dynamic organization that requires creative thinking, problem-solving, and efficiency within the Finance sector as a Team leader in Finance.

I have over 20 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Procurement, Financial Training, Administration, Stakeholder Mapping and Human Resource Management. Over this period, i have been in senior management position as a Chief Accountant for over 13years. Am passionate about inclusion, accountable collaborations and participatory leadership that minds of self and others at work. Most of my work contribution to various organizations has been in the areas of Accounting, Audit, Credit Control, Risk Management, Participatory leadership and Finance. 

I have  worked as a Finance and administrator as well as Senior accountant and trainer in Gaborone Botswana.
