I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology and Certifications in: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Network Support Specialist (N+), User Support Professional (A+), Linux, Azure Fundamentals and Fortinet Network Security Associate.

 

I currently work at SBM Bank where I have gained more experience in Active directory/ DNS, System center configuration manager support, Patch and Firmware management: Servers, SQL and VMware, Data center management, SharePoint support, Linux/windows server administration, VMware administration, Portnox NAC, Storage - Huawei & NetApp, G Suite / Proofpoint administration/Microsoft 365, Contract & AMC negotiation and managing two teams of onsite consultants. I previously worked in Fidelity Bank, Imperial Bank and Copy Cat Ltd perfecting my skills in ICT.
