Skills Summary.

Financial reporting and record keeping.

I am able to prepare monthly financial reports, maintain cashbooks and post entries posting to General Ledger on QuickBooks. I hold skills in maintaining accounts Payable and Receivables including performing bank reconciliations. While I worked with CHRPS, I ensured that all financial reports adhered to donor regulations and timely submission. I have also assisted in preparing donor reports and providing evidence documentation for review of donor reports. I am currently in charge of maintaining files and preparing documents and files for internal and external audits both in this company and in CHRPS that I previously worked with. 

Managing contracts and customer relations. 

I am to implement contractor management tools and templates for the company I am currently working with including documenting and filing essential contractor and customer management tasks such reviewing financial reports, management letters and clear communication between the company and the contractors. 

Payments Management.

I have been ensuring that payments are processed accurately and timely for our customers through bank, M-pesa and cash transactions as well as ensuring that internal controls are in place for such payments. For instance ensuring adherence to cash limits and Mpesa payments in line with internal procedures. I have also been able to liaise with our current banks for any payment issues and facilitate resolution of such issues. 

I also prepare bank reconciliations on monthly basis, which are then reviewed and approved accordingly in line with the approval limits of the company. I prepare invoices and payment transactions in my current role for all our customers and contractors. I have also been reporting on financial expenditures in line with the expected outputs.

Budget development and Management.

I am currently involved in budget management with the company as well as supporting in review of budget templates for user suitability and ease of reporting. 

Audit Experience.

 I have been providing support in responding to and resolving audit issues, including timely implementation of audit management actions plans. I have been performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies. 

Policies adherence.

 I have been involved in review of internal controls, monitoring of compliance within the company, and communicating accordingly with our suppliers. I also prepare reports, which identify key issues and provide recommendations for improving control processes or procedures and especially those that affect our clientele. I have been supporting statutory returns filing on monthly basis i.e.: PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, and HELB for the company that I am currently working with. 

Stock management.

 I have been managing store items and providing advice and recommendations as needed. I have also been dealing with customer queries and complaints and doing referrals for those that require management intervention. I have also been overseeing pricing and stock control within the company. 

Conflict resolution. 

I have experience in managing conflicts and I am currently supporting in with managing complaints raised by customers within the company. 

Time management.

I am able to juggle multiple clients, customers, and tasks ensuring that I prioritize the important and urgent actions. I am also great at physical office administration and organizing paperwork.
