Experience
Currently, I am a student at KCA University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I have been engaged by the school at the KCAU call center as a student employee for one and half years now. I have skills in providing information on the University’s products and services generating interest in the offer, Upsell and cross-selling the university’s courses, boosting customer loyalty by offering excellent customer experience over the phone, evaluating and handling customer requests, inquiries, complaints, and providing relevant solutions to them, responding to the needs of the customers and providing personalized services. Experienced in using CRM, ERP, and fusion systems.
