I have skills in providing information on the University’s products and services generating interest in the offer, Upsell and cross-selling the university’s courses, boosting customer loyalty by offering excellent customer experience over the phone, evaluating and handling customer requests, inquiries, complaints, and providing relevant solutions to them, responding to the needs of the customers and providing personalized services. Experienced in using CRM, ERP, and fusion systems.
For the past one and a half years, I have been able to increase the admission rate by 10%.
