My experience and knowledge align well, as I have worked in the real estate industry for the past two years, worked at the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning for over three years and also hold a degree in Land Administration from the Technical University of Kenya.My main responsibilities at my current place of work is the management of a real estate portfolio with several units. Besides that, I work on the development and coordination of budgets, production of contracts and rental agreements, communication with tenants, and collection of monthly payments.
