I am a highly motivated and self-driven professional who is specialized in both marketing and real estate. I have been a sales and marketing executive at Blue Haven Bistro from May 2022-2023 and at Lincoln Platinum Computers 2016-2017. The roles included initiating marketing campaigns, boosting their brand recognition and promoting leads in their online platforms with exemplary knowledge in content creation, google ads, customer service and digital marketing. In those roles I was a sales leader in charge of a team of 8. I  also worked as a valuer and assistant property manager at Landmark Realtors Ltd form 2017-2022. I have dealt with commercial, residential, agricultural and industrial property valuations, rental assessments and feasibility studies. In my role as assistant property manager, I maintained both soft and hard copy records of tenants details and leases, handled clients' invoices, ensured timely payment of rent, service charge and rates for properties, handled repairs and maintenance and debt recovery. I also handled estate agency jobs as a part time where I have closed many sales in residential properties.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Nairobi. I am currently pursuing digital marketing and e-commerce course in Coursera to enhance my knowledge and skills in the marketing arena. Also pursuing my diploma with the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya to advance my career in valuation property management and estate agency.
