 Assessed accuracy, completeness and integrity of submitted financial records.  Reconciled monthly bank statements and resolved any discrepancies.  Used software such as Sap, Excel and QuickBooks to perform various financial tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing and bank reconciliations.  Posted accounts receivable payments made by cash, cheque or credit card payments.  Performed daily accounting functions, including tracking expenses, readying deposits  Reconciling visa sales for all stations, merchant statements and bank statements  Preparing daily wetstock reports.  Following stock losses daily and addressing in case of abnormalities.  Posting stations sales and credit customers to QuickBooks and Sap.  Posting bank statements to SAP.  Following up banking of cash sales.  Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly station losses  Performing daily station sales reconciliation in the stations  Conducting monthly stock take  Performing weekly and monthly reconciliations of Account receivables and Account payables accounts  Making a follow up of variances in Visa sales & merchant statements for all stations.  Daily M-Pesa sales reconciliation and providing an immediate solution in case of challenges at the stations.  Analysis of Station stock losses/gains on monthly basis.  Monthly stock takes and sharing of stock take reports timely.  Following reports of credit customers’ daily.  Monitoring of staff shorts – Daily, weekly & monthly.  Processing PDQ machines and M-pesa till numbers for all stations.  Station, AR, bank, lubes, LPG reconciliation on monthly and weekly basis. 3  Daily confirmation of M-Pesa statements and Visa statements against Kenserve daily closing shifts.  Necessitating improvements in station sales.  Any other duties as instructed by my direct supervisor.
