I have good experience in operations management including; production planning, performance management, budgeting, cost control, problem solving, maintenance management, shift management, procurement/stores control, quality assurance, logistics management, financial management, project management, risk management, safety/health and environment and sales/customer management. I have handled compliance issues regarding environmental regulations, county regulations and national government regulations. I have good experience in sourcing, internal control processes/ systems management, micro/macro finance and have vast experience in matters certification. More so, I am enthusiastic and a champion of process and system improvement geared at increased productivity, enhanced team spirit, high efficiency and sustainable business.

I have worked in manufacturing sector namely; packaging industry, mining&processing industry, sugar industry and tea processing.

I am a graduate chemical and process engineer, computer literate and green belt lean six sigma certified
