About Monica Kamau:
over 17 years work experience serving as a manager in various sectors. Currently unemployed and relocated back to Naivasha. I would like to work in my home town after being away from home for nearly 20 years. I am a certified and licensed HR Manager, I have served as a Business operations Manager in various multi-national global companies. I am also very conversant with expat management services including visas and work permits. My availability is immediately. I can drive and used to flying. I have a degree in Business Administration, Diploma in HR Management and certificate in Business Management. I am biased in industrial relations and health and safety, environmental matters and government agencies liaison matters

- Coordinated office and field administrative functions
- Provided timely services to all departments and ensure efficient daily operation of the departments

- Planned and directed public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image
- Managed emergency situations and report to the Authorities and Management as appropriate
- Liaison person between the Company and outsiders

- Renewal of various licenses, Trade licenses, etc
- Renewal of work permits for expatriate staff
- Managed Insurances- Motor vehicles, WIBA, Fire, Public Liability, Personal Accident Burglary etc ensuring at all times we adequately covered and renewals done on time
- Coordinated Motor vehicle inspections and licensing
