Duties and Responsibilities

  • Following up on delinquencies and making sure they are converted/ paid.
  • Handling collections according to any collection bucket assigned by the supervisor.
  • Solving any customer issues and directing customers to Service Centers where they can get help. 
  • Handling telesales when a customer inquires about a certain product. 
  • Escalating issues to management and supervisors for solving.
  • Handling all customer inquiries made through call.

  • Prepared bank reconciliation statements on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual  basis,
  • Handled the preparation and generation of financial orders (FO21, FO17 and FO22) for revenue and expenditure reports.
  • Posted transactions on the Judicial Financial Management Information system (JFMIS).
  • Prepared the monthly financial reports as directed by the supervisor.
  • Processed deposit refunds to individuals as directed by the chief magistrate.
