About kathleen Shitandi:
I am a Business Information Systems Diploma holder. Currently I am working as a Customer/Administrative Assistant at East Africa Institute of Certified Studies ,before joining the college I worked as a Research Associate at the Applied Statistics Research Institute(ASRI)where I am actively involved in higher education programs improvement and development. I have also worked as a Customer Care Agent at Horizon Contact Centre, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that has been designed and built specifically to create a Customer Contact Center environment conducive to efficiency and effectiveness to its clients, amongst them Orange Kenya and Smart TV.
My prime motivation to seek an opportunity to work in your organization is so as to enrich my résumé. I anticipate that a change in my roles will give me a broader base of experience thus creating a greater demand for my skills

Assess service delivery by lecturers

Ensure lessons being taught are in line with the timetable
