Lorraine Vijedi

Am a hospitatlity graduate, however, i am so passionate in what i do. I have acquired the following skills after completing my college degree course from both Nairobi Aviation and The university of Nairobi in collaboration with Kenya Utalii College :

Good interpersonal skills and communication skills. 
Ability to maintain good relationships.

Active listener, problem solving skills.
Sound knowledge in the service development and basic computer knowledge. Basic french knowledge at beginners level

My most recent  experience i acquired at PrideInn Flamingo where i was a trainee for 6 months. 3 months at the front office; where i trained as a receptionist, guest relations officer, reservation clerk and at the call centre. This helped me to learn how to engage with clients, solve problems, be innovative, proper documentation, organization and replying to emails etc.

I've also worked with flame tree organization and ignition company as a sales and promotion person at the field and stores. With both  ccompanies  i also  acquired my interpersonal relationships with clients.

Am currently a student at the university of Nairobi in collaboration with Kenya Utalii College, where am undertaking my undergraduate course in hospitality management. However am to gratuate in december.

I also studied my diploma  course in hotel management  from Nairobi Aviation College.
