 Data Input and Verification - enter data into databases or software systems accurately and efficiently. Ensure that the information provided is error-free by verifying data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.

Data Cleansing and Formatting - clean and format data to remove any inconsistencies, duplicates, or errors.

Data Organization and Management - organize and categorize data in a logical manner for easy retrieval and analysis. Create and maintain databases, input forms, and data storage systems to ensure data is accessible and well-structured.

Quality Control and Data Auditing - upholding data integrity by conducting thorough quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform comprehensive data audits, meticulously verifying the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the data.

Timely Data Entry and Deadlines - responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring timely data entry. They prioritize tasks based on urgency and manage their time effectively to maintain productivity. 
I have a solid grasp of data visualization, and the ability to demystify complex data for stakeholders without a technical background.

Approximate rate: KSh 3 per hour

Experience

2021 to current:  I have been working as an Administrative Assistant in the office of Thika South Diocese Bishop; AIPCA church.

My main roles are:

  • Assist the Bishop by coordinating his public and private communications including managing his email, personal and professional notes and any other written correspondence.
  • Create PowerPoint, keynotes and similar presentation materials for the Bishop.
  • Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to assist the Bishop in the Annual Conferences and also in achieving our mission. 
  •  Provide research and data required by the Bishop.
  • Handle telephone calls.

August 2022 Elections: Part time. Worked as an Election Agent Observer. My main responsibilities included:

  • observing if the elections were being conducted in a free, transparent and fair manner and making reports on the same.
  • observed in the tallying of casted votes and ensuring that its conducted in a free, fair and transparent manner. 

 2021 -2022: Worked as a Technical Skills Trainer for Remotasks. My main responsibilities included:

  • Onboarding new employees 
  • Conduct technical skills training, evaluating employees and identifying areas that need improvement. 
  • Reports data on completed courses, issues and absences. 
  • Determine overall effectiveness of the program and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary. 

 2019 - 2021: Worked as a part time Sales Representative for Ntashat Ranch Limited. My responsibilities included:

  • Maintaining an orderly appearance of products
  • Identifying prospective customers 
  • manage relationships with customers by establishing contacts. 
  • Accounting for Purchases
  • Report to management concerning products improvement as suggested by customers
  • Take in orders and making sure they are delivered properly and in time. 

 May 2019 – August 2019: Worked as an Intern at Thika Fire and Rescue Service. My responsibilities included: 

  • Participating in daily drills and simulations for firefighting
  • Doing inventory for service equipment daily.
  • Writing reports for services rendered outside the station.
  • Assist in the provision of field services.
  • Undertaking Fire Safety Inspections in institutions and industries within Thika town.
  • Daily recording of the Occurrence book.

November 2017 – December 2017 Assistant Teacher at Pearl's Girl Empowerment Center. My responsibilities included teaching lessons on life skills, communication and home science.

August 2017: Worked as a Polling Clerk for the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission. Responsibilities included:

  • Assisting the Presiding Officer and follow any instructions given.
  • Ensure that all people who come to vote are treated impartially, with respect and in a helpful, polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain the secrecy of the ballot.

2016 – 2020:  Graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Disaster Risk Management and Sustainable Development at The Co-operative University of Kenya.

Awarded a Second-Class Upper Division.
