April 2023-December 2023: Mogo Auto Ltd-Tele sales Agent
➢ Proactively work with leads to achieve loan issuance targets.
➢ Answer customers questions and overcome objections.
➢ Meet company expectations for excellent customer service.
➢ Follow up with customers.
➢ Properly record data in Mogo IT system
➢ Call prospective customers and take them through various Mogo products and terms.
➢ Schedule customers visit to Mogo branch.
➢ Advise prospective customers and current customers by answering questions and
addressing concerns about mogo products.

September 2021-March 2023: Mogo Auto Limited-Logbook Collections Agent.
➢ Collection of all logbooks for all loans issued from dealers and distributors.
➢ Updating transfer status of all logbooks collected/data sent from dealers and distributors.
➢ Assisting in collection and follow up of most urgent logbooks.
➢ Accepting/rejecting ownership of all transfers on TIMS account, handling complications
associated with the process.
➢ Requesting for direct transfers of logbooks on need basis.
➢ Keeping records for all logbooks which ownership has been accepted and updating same
on our record.
➢ Handling office tasks e.g filing, printing, scanning logbooks and keeping records.
➢ Preparing and sending data to distributors for those transfers that have not been
successful for them to do follow ups and resubmission.
➢ Visiting and holding meetings with dealers and distributors.
➢ Preparing and submitting daily reports.
December 2020- September 2021: Mogo Auto Limited-Loan Officer
➢ Process customers loan applications, ensuring quick loan disbursements.
➢ Take clients through the various Mogo Products and terms.
➢ Collect and process all necessary documents.
➢ Conduct proper KYC and fraud prevention.
➢ Remain customers point of contact for loan applications
