I'm a seasoned finance professional with an MBA in Finance and a rich tapestry of 26+ years, conquering diverse landscapes, from agribusiness to banking and consulting. My journey unfolds as a narrative of unwavering financial acumen that has consistently secured profitability and fuelled expansion across organizations. 

Through optimizing resource allocation and architecting robust budgeting models, I've not just streamlined operations but also propelled profitability to new heights. Beyond the financial realm, I take pride in my role as a catalyst for high-performing teams, cultivating cultures steeped in performance excellence. Navigating through intricate challenges, I bring a potent blend of resilience and decisiveness to every professional endeavour.

In the professional arena, I began as a Management Trainee at Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd. (Now ABSA), transitioning to Internal Auditor at Barclays, Head Office then managing teams in various Branches. I then joined Consolidated Bank of Kenya Ltd. as Branch Manager and continued with the turnaround of the bank as its Head of Operations.

My impact continued as General Manager, Operations based at Equity Bank Limited Head Office and later as a team leader at the Bank’s two centres serving High Net worth and Corporate Clients - Mayfair and Karen Supreme Centres in Nairobi, Kenya.

Am currently serving as Operations Director at Gatinda Limited. 

Each academic milestone and professional role has contributed to my holistic growth, shaping me into a seasoned finance professional with a comprehensive understanding of financial management, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
