A motivated and goal-oriented person. Once I have set my mind toward something I persistently seek to achieve it. Not only to just achieve it but also to do so diligently and excellently. While seeking to be excellent, I do not slight the input of the people around me. I esteem positive interactions highly; this makes me a team player. I am an adaptable team player who ensures that the team has not only won but all the members have grown to some degree. A skill I very much practiced and grew in while I was a scout leader in my high school.
