Duties:

  • Assisting in drafting and amending the company’s Communication Strategy
  • Handling the company’s Social Media pages including running ads
  • Monitoring the company’s website traffic through Google analytics and helping find ways to increase the traffic
  • Keeping track of Facebook and Google Ads charges and populating the same on spreadsheets
  • Co-ordinating administrative arrangements for interviews and recruitment drives
  • Co-ordinating daily operations of the company to ensure smooth running
  • Monitoring and chasing work progress to ensure our clients are satisfied 
  • Receiving incoming and outgoing calls
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments for the CEO
  • Providing logistical support for the CEO’s meetings
  • Keeping track of office supplies and organizing replenishment of the same
  • Receiving the company’s visitors, handling their concerns, and directing them to the right person
  • Handling the company’s clients
  • Co-ordinating diary appointments for the CEO
  • Managing leave days records for staff
  • Supervision of office cleaning
  • Taking note of items that need to be repaired and organizing for

the same

  • Ensuring Company licenses are up to date
