I am writing to you with an interest in receptionist position in your company which i found through brighter monday.As a highly competent receptionist i will bring a professional,friendly and enthusiastic attitude to this role since i am an ambitious and determined individual who can work with less supervision and under pressure
With my skills acquired while studying, plus personal skills and work experience of 2 years will help me in performing my duties as a receptionist/administrator.
Some of the duties i did were;Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area,,welcoming visitors professionally and ensured i built a good raport ,booked visitors in the system,keeping records,received parcels,provided customer services by answering queries through calls and emails,coordinate and resolve client complaints,trained new hires,maintained updated internal telephone list and last but not least carried general administrative duties.
I am a self-starter who has a knack in problem solving and posses strong listening,negotiation and persuasion skills.I have the ability to build trust and maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers and can work well in fast paced environment.
I posses a great professional appearance and attitude with excellent communication skills what help me in building strong relationship with customers,i am also familiar with Microsoft Office software and adapt quickly to new programs and i have customer service attitude and goals which help me in multi tasking as i prioritize tasks.
Right now I want to work for a company like yours that offers an environment of diversity, team building, mentoring, and self-expression.
