With over 15 years of experience, I have demonstrated a commitment to professionalism and efficiency in managing diverse client interactions. Currently, I am an independent communication consultant at Image Spin Limited where I apply strategic thinking, creativity, and adaptability to handle multiple communication projects for Micro, Small, and Medium Sized (MSME) for sustainability in business. 

Formerly as a Marketing and Communication Manager at Engie Energy Access Kenya, I handled internal, field teams to external partners, to ensure seamless alignment with business goals. I successfully developed and implemented strategies that effectively communicated the company's mission and values. My prowess is demonstrable in a 360º digital communication transformation in the creation of content for social media that led to a 60 % increment of online visibility with growth in website traffic and ultimately online sales increment.

As the Regional Marketing Manager for European Markets at the Kenya Tourism Board, I gained valuable international exposure. Engaging with a diverse array of stakeholders, including international media outlets and partners, shaped my work style to be adaptive and inclusive. This exposure has enhanced my ability to navigate cultural nuances and tailor communication strategies to resonate with varied audiences. My international exposure is in handling 4 overseas offices and staff which has equipped me with adaptability and an appreciation for diverse perspectives, enabling me to lead and collaborate effectively in multicultural environments.

A volunteer at the Asante Africa Foundation, where I actively contribute in leadership and governance to provide a positive and collaborative teamwork environment as a Board Member. My role involves co-chairing the Marketing, Communication, and Resource Mobilization Committee, where I emphasize open communication and a supportive atmosphere to achieve collective goals.
